Storage :Lyophilized CJC-1295 W/ DAC is stable at room temperature for 90 days, however it should be stored in a freezer
below -8C for any extended period of time. After reconstituting CJC-1295 W/ DAC should be
refrigerated at temperatures not to exceed 36 F.
The DAC technology in the CJC-1295 enables the compound to bind itself covalently with any
circulating albumin, after it has been administered through a subcutaneous injection. However,
the reason why the half-life could be extended from a few minutes to several days is more
profound. The reactive group in the CJC-1295 binds to a peptide through bioconjugation. The
peptide then finds a neucleophilic unit within the blood and reacts with it in order to create a
firmer bond.
When using any GHRH, it should always be remembered that positive results cannot be achieved
overnight. These compounds act steadily over time, and the best results can be achieved slowly,
and with a nutritious diet and a proper exercise regime. Also, these peptides are not sex-
specific, so they do not have any androgenic effects. They can be used by women in the same
dosages that men do.
CJC-1295 DAC has shown some amazing results as a hormone releasing hormone (GHRH) analog. Not only has CJC-1295 shown the ability to increase hormone and secretion and its benefits, but it has been able to do so in very large amounts. Recent research studies have shown that CJC1295 stimulates GH and Secretion, and will keep a steady increase with no increase in prolactin, leading to intense fat loss, and increases protein synthesis.
CJC-1295 DAC is a long acting Releasing Hormone, which causes the anterior pituitary to release more hormone. GHRH is released in pulses in the body, which alternate with corresponding pulses of somatostatin.
